You must have a valid Benton Public Library or other SWLS card to borrow library materials.
Type of identification required: correct home address, phone number, or email address
Drivers License is no longer required to apply for a library card.

Applicants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian signature on the application form before a new card can be issued.

All library cards expire after 4 years. Patrons must clear all outstanding fines and bills to renew an expired library card. Ask an assistant if previous fines are resolved.
